The following prices are base prices for one character and it may vary according to complexity, please contact me directly through my social media if you require a customized quote. Make sure to provide enough references, the more the better! otherwise there will be an extra charge for design work.

Terminos y Condiciones

¡Gracias de antemano por pedirme una comisión! El propósito de este documento es informarte a ti, el cliente, de los términos y condiciones que manejo en mis comisiones actuales, de igual manera, es para proteger a ambos participantes (cliente y artista) de cualquier inconveniente que podría generarse. Ten en cuenta que estos términos están sujetos a cambios.Por favor, lee cuidadosamente.Como artista, me reservo el derecho a negar comisiones que me resulten incómodas.
Propiedades del archivo
El cliente recibirá dos versiones de su comisión:
1.- Una versión en alta resolución
2.- Una versión pública y más pequeña, con una marca de agua de comisión.Ambas versiones tendrán un formato de imagen (.jpg, .png, .gif) dependiendo del tipo de comision, con una resolución de 300 puntos por pulgada en modo RGB, a excepción de ser solicitados de otra manera por el cliente.
Permisos y derechos de uso
Del artista (Disanvel)
Me reservo el derecho de difundir la versión pública de la comisión cuando lo requiera. Si el cliente quiere mantener su comisión privada, deberá pagar una tarifa adicional.
Reservo el derecho de usar los bocetos descartados de tu comisión, para uso personal o comercial siempre y cuando no infrinja los derechos de propiedad intelectual del cliente y la titularidad de su imagen, diseño de personajes, marca, diseño de identidad o cualquier otra marca comercial del estilo.
Del cliente
Uso personal (predeterminado)
El cliente debe notificarme si necesita mantenerse en el anonimato o si es necesario que su comisión sea publicada después de cierta fecha.
El cliente puede publicar su comisión en redes sociales con sus respectivos créditos (ej. hecho por Disanvel).
El cliente puede reproducir o imprimir su comisión en diversos materiales siempre y cuando sea SIN fines de lucro.
Bajo ninguna circunstancia se permite retirar mi firma del resultado.
El cliente no tiene permitido realizar modificaciones importantes a su comisión, ni puede utilizarla como base para generar otra imagen. Se permiten modificaciones menores como filtros fotográficos, superposiciones de imágenes o recortes.
Uso comercialSi el cliente lo requiere, puede pagar por los derechos de uso comercial de su comisión para reproducirla, venderla y darle el uso que desee, exceptuando la reventa como un NFT.La tarifa básica para uso comercial parte del 100% más sobre el precio de la comisión y puede aumentar dependiendo del tipo de uso que el cliente quiera darle.
De terceros
Los derechos de terceros son casi idénticos a los del cliente. Sin embargo, solo el cliente y el artista podrán otorgarle permisos de uso, siempre y cuando sea sin fines de lucro.
Proceso de pago
Los costos proporcionados en la lista de precios son costos base. Estos podrían aumentar según la complejidad demandada (nivel de detalle en la vestimenta, peinado, adición de armas, accesorios, entre otras características del personaje).
El pago se dividirá en dos, siendo necesario el primer pago para iniciar. Una vez que el boceto final esté listo, se enviará al cliente para su aprobación o correcciones necesarias. El segundo pago se efectuará una vez que la comisión sea finalizada y esté lista para su entrega.
El pago podría ser efectuado en una sola transacción por adelantado si el cliente y el artista lo creen conveniente.
De no proporcionar un correo electrónico para la entrega de la comisión, se le proporcionará al cliente un enlace donde esté disponible para su descarga. Es responsabilidad del cliente hacerlo antes que el enlace caduque.
Tiempo de entrega
Dependiendo de su complejidad, el tiempo aproximado de elaboración puede variar de entre 10 a 30 días hábiles una vez iniciada la comisión.
Me reservo el derecho a trabajar en otras comisiones si el cliente se demora en responder.
El tiempo de realización podrá verse afectado según la velocidad de respuesta del cliente y las revisiones solicitadas.
En presencia de alguna dificultad, mantendré actualizado al cliente del progreso de su comisión.
Yo, el artista, mantendré informado directamente al cliente sobre el estado de su comisión y a través de mi queue. Sin embargo, el cliente podrá solicitar actualizaciones de manera personal si lo requiere.
Revisiones y cambios
Es importante que el cliente brinde las referencias necesarias para evitar malos entendidos, ya que NO hay devoluciones una vez que la comisión haya sido iniciada.
Una vez que la comisión haya sido terminada y aprobada por el cliente, no habrá correcciones.
Es responsabilidad del cliente exigir correcciones importantes en las etapas iniciales (boceto y líneas), de lo contrario, habrá un costo extra en caso de necesitar una corrección importante en etapas más avanzadas.
Las correcciones menores no tienen costo. Se consideran correcciones menores a aquellas que no requieren redibujar una parte significativa de la ilustración y/o fueron una mala interpretación mía. (ej. rasgos faciales, longitud de cabello, colores base, entre otros).
Dado que las comisiones Ko-fi son pedidos express, sólo se permite una única revisión.
Reembolsos
El cliente puede cancelar la comisión antes de realizar el primer pago. Una vez realizado el primer pago e iniciada la comisión, no hay reembolsos.
En caso de que el cliente no complete el pago en tiempo y forma o en caso de mantenerse incomunicado por más de 6 meses, sólo se hará entrega del trabajo pagado (ej. si el pago se dividió en mitades y sólo se pagó la primera mitad, se entregará únicamente el boceto).
Una vez terminada y entregada la comisión, no hay reembolsos de ningún tipo a futuro.
Únicamente habrá reembolsos en casos extremos o complicaciones ajenas a mí (ej. pérdida del archivo, pérdida de mi equipo de trabajo, accidentes, entre otros). Sólo bajo estas condiciones, podré ofrecer un reembolso o, en caso de que el cliente lo desee, iniciaré la comisión nuevamente. ¡Agradezco la comprensión de antemano!
Lista negra
Tanto el cliente como el artista, haremos lo posible por evitar conflictos de cualquier tipo durante la realización de la comisión o después de la entrega de ésta. En caso de que el cliente cometa una falta a estos términos y condiciones y/o cause algún conflicto sin la intención de solucionarlo, entrará a mi lista negra. Reservo el derecho a exponer la situación a través de redes sociales para alertar a otros artistas y también me reservo el derecho de rechazar futuras solicitudes a los que están en mi lista negra.
Al solicitar una comisión, aceptas estos términos y condiciones, haciéndote responsable de cumplir con los puntos necesarios descritos en este documento. Si tienes alguna duda que no se haya cubierto en este documento, por favor pregúntame, será un placer atenderte.

Thank you beforehand for commissioning me! The purpose of the following text is to inform you, the client, of the Terms & Conditions that I currently have on my commissions, as well as to avoid any possible inconveniences that could be had. Take in mind that this T&C are subject to change.Please read carefully.As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any kind of request that implies content that makes me uncomfortable.
File properties
The client will get two versions of their commission:
1.- A full resolution version
2.- A smaller, public version with a "commission" watermark.Both versions will have an image format (.jpg, .png, .gif) depending on the kind of commission being made, with a 300 dots per inch resolution and in RGB mode, unless the client states otherwise.
Permissions and usage rights
Of the artist (Disanvel)
I reserve the right to post the public version of the commission whenever deemed necessary. If the client wants to keep their commission private, they need to pay an extra fee.
I reserve the right to use the discarded sketches, for personal or commercial use as long as it does not infringe the client's intellectual property rights and ownership of their likeness, character design, branding, identity design or any such trademarks.
Of the client
Personal use (default)
The client must let me know if they want to be credited anonymously or if it’s necessary to post their commission after a certain date.
The client is allowed to post their commission in their social media, being mindful to credit the artist (e.g. “By Disanvel”).
The client can print or reproduce their commission as long as it is not used for profit.
The client is not allowed, under any circumstance, to erase my signature.
The client is not allowed to make major modifications to the commission, nor can use it to produce a new image. Minor modifications such as photo filters, image overlays or croppings are allowed.
Commercial useIf the client requires it, they can pay for the commercial use of their commission to be allowed to reproduce and sell their commission as they wish, except to resell it as a NFT. The basic fee for commercial use starts from 100% of the commission price and it can increase, depending on its usage.
Of third parties
Rights of third parties are almost identical to the rights of the client. However only the client and the artist can grant them usage permissions, as long as it is not for profit.
Payment process
The prices shown on the list are base prices. These could increase based on the complexity of the character's design and other features/accessories taken into consideration (outfit design, hairstyle, weapons, pets).
The payment will be split in two parts; the first being necessary to start the sketch phase. Once the sketch is complete, it shall be sent to the client for their approval and any necessary adjustments. Once the commission is complete, the second half of the payment shall be made for delivery.
The full price could be covered in one upfront payment if the client and the artist consider it appropriate.
In case no e-mail address is given by the client, a link will be sent so that they can download the commission, and it's their responsibility to download it before the link expires.
Deliver time
According to its complexity, the approximate elaboration time could vary between 10-30 business days once the commission is started.
I reserve the right to work on other commissions if your response time is long.
The elaboration time could be affected according to the client’s response time and the revisions requested.
In case of any difficulty, I will keep the client updated about their commission progress.
I, the artist, will keep the client informed about the progress directly and through my queue. Nevertheless, the client could ask for updates personally if they desire.
Revisions and changes
It’s important that the client brings the necessary references for the work demanded, being as clear as possible to avoid conflicts, since there are no refunds once the commission is started.
Once the commission is finished and approved by the client, no further changes will be made.
It is the client’s responsibility to ask for major changes at early stages (sketch and lines), otherwise, major changes will be charged at advanced stages.
Minor changes are free. These are considered as changes that do not imply redrawing a significant part of the artwork and/or are misinterpretations by myself. (e.g. wrong facial features, hair length, base colors, materials).
Since Ko-fi commissions are express orders, they only allow for a single revision.
Refunds
The client may cancel the commission before the first payment is made. Once the payment has been made and the commission has been initiated, there are no refunds.
If the client does not complete the payment in due time and form, or if they remain uncommunicated for more than six months, only the paid work will be delivered (i.e. if the payment was divided in halves and only the first half was paid, only the sketch will be delivered).
Once the commission is done and delivered, there are no refunds of any kind in the future.
Refunds are only available under extreme circumstances in which I will not be able to complete the commission (e.g. file loss, work equipment loss, accidents, natural disasters). Only under these circumstances will I be able to offer a refund, or else, I could start your commission again. Thanks for your understanding beforehand!
Blacklist
The client, as well as me, the artist, will make every effort to avoid any kind of conflicts in the commission process or after its delivery. If the client goes against any of the terms or conditions mentioned on this document and/or causes a conflict without any interest to solve it, they will get included on my Blacklist. I reserve the right to expose the situation through a beware post and I also reserve the right to reject future requests to those on my blacklist.
By asking for a commission, you are responsible to comply with each point listed above. If you have any doubt outside the points covered in this document, please ask me about it, it would be a pleasure to help you.
